  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, social media trends, and the ability to derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools such as WordPress CMS, GA4, HubSpot, and Moz
  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Experience in using AI tools for content creation, optimization, and analysis (e.g. ChatGPT, Grammarly, Midjourney, Descript, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement
  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality marketing content including blog posts tailored to the needs and interests of physician specialists
  • Create and promote white papers that address complex medical topics, providing valuable insights and solutions to our target audience
  • Use AI tools to generate high-quality, engaging content for various channels
  • Design and create promotional materials for social media, websites, and other marketing channels
  • Utilize AI technologies to analyze and optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement. Continuously improve content based on data-driven insights
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Update our social media platforms using AI tools for scheduling and performance tracking, ensuring consistent and effective communication that aligns with our brand voice
  • Track and analyze content performance to refine strategies and improve results

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with social media management tools is preferred (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
