Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Manager, Copywriter, or similar role in a marketing or digital agency environment
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio of published articles or content samples
  • Experience in SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Knowledge of WordPress and social media platforms
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to drive content innovation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies in alignment with marketing objectives
  • Create engaging written content including blogs, social media posts, eBooks, press releases, and marketing collateral
  • Conduct thorough research on industry topics and collaborate with subject matter experts as needed
  • Proofread, revise, and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video producers, and other content creators to ensure cohesive content presentation
  • Ensure the website reflects the latest product updates, news, company information as well as supporting demand gen programs
  • Optimize website content regularly to enhance SEO, user engagement, and conversion rates
  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies to increase followers and drive traffic to our website
  • Monitor and report on website and social media performance, analyzing content effectiveness and making adjustments as needed
