Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
- Proven track record of creating and managing content that drives organic growth and lead generation
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, conversion-focused content
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Storyblok), project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana), and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Write and publish SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and product pages that drive organic traffic and align with business goals
- Develop in-depth, long-form content targeting high-priority keywords and customer pain points, while maintaining brand voice and guidelines
- Collaborate with the SEO Team Lead to prioritize topics and keyword targets based on competitive analysis, search trends, and content gaps
- Conduct content refreshes and rewrites to boost the performance of older posts and landing pages
- Write high-converting copy for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and ads
- Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure content effectively communicates product value and features
- Report on content performance and propose data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Own and execute Hubstaffβs organic social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop a social media calendar to consistently post engaging, brand-aligned content
- Write, schedule, and publish posts, ensuring content is tailored to each platform and audience segment
- Monitor social engagement and respond to comments or messages to foster community growth
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor content, and emerging topics to keep Hubstaff at the forefront of innovation
