Requirements

• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaborate with remote global team members in different time zones
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Great logical thinking ability, self-driven, and quick-learner
• Ability to multitask and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in relevant marketing fields, particularly within the crypto space
• Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability to work under pressure working at Binance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute campaigns and projects with internal stakeholders from start to finish to engage content creators
• Create community growth programs and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and community interaction through collaborations with creators
• Support internal teams on campaign initiatives and coordinate project management
• Maintain and evolve day-to-day communication and operating procedures with creators
• Stay updated with the latest trends, news, and developments in the crypto industry, identify emerging crypto trends and track competitor activities
