Talent Acquisition Lead

Summary

Join Decentraland's remote-friendly team as a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead. You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and pipeline building to candidate screening and interview coordination. Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture and Hiring Managers to ensure efficient hiring. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards. Provide an exceptional candidate experience and work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs. Maintain an always-hiring mindset, ensuring a strong employer brand and proactive talent engagement. Track and report recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition as a TA Specialist, TA Manager, or similar role
• Proven experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., Developers, Engineers)
• Experience working remotely and in startup environments
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ownership of tasks
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic work environment

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles
• Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a great fit for our team
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and freelance recruiters
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience with clear and timely communication
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and advise on best hiring strategies
• Maintain an always-hiring mindset, ensuring a strong employer brand and proactive talent engagement
• Draft, present, and negotiate offers in collaboration with Hiring Managers and executive team
• Track and report recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Gaming space (Unity ideally)
