Summary

Join our fast-growing Series B company as a Content Operations Specialist, driving the digitalization of air freight and logistics. Work remotely from Europe or South Africa, with opportunities for team meetings and offsites. Automate data pipelines, manage an outsourced team, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure high standards of content quality.

Requirements

• Experience with data and data ingestion processes
• Possess knowledge of SQL and automation, particularly with Python
• Experience managing outsourced teams to achieve SLAs
• Ability to deliver high-quality data and process optimization
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactivity to take ownership to drive progress improvements
• Ability to thrive in uncertainty and adapt easily to change
• Openness to learning, accepting feedback, and providing thoughtful feedback to others

Responsibilities

• Automate data ingestion pipelines to ensure smooth operations
• Own data quality and completeness across data types
• Manage an outsourced team to meet SLAs in manual data processing
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve processes and customer outcomes
• Maintain high standards of content quality and integrity, aligned with service levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• Proficiency in data visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
