  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, fostering effective communication and collaboration
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough audit of our current Pardot capabilities
  • Optimize and configure Pardot to ensure seamless alignment with marketing objectives
  • Serve as the primary resource for ongoing Pardot support
  • Collaborate with the marketing ops team to identify and implement demand generation strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand campaign goals, copy, design, and tracking requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end process of demand generation campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to outline the strategy for various marketing initiatives
  • Execute the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and messaging
  • Collaborate with the content team to transform strategic visions into compelling content assets
  • Guide the content creation process, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and key messages defined in Pardot
  • Establish a robust system for tracking and reporting on campaign performance
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make recommendations for optimization based on Pardot analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Pardot or other relevant marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
