Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in contract management, preferably within a technology or logistics company
• Strong understanding of contract law, with experience drafting and reviewing various types of agreements, experience with Ironclad
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
• Proficient in using contract management software and other legal technology tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents, under the guidance of our legal counsel
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure contract terms align with company policies and objectives
• Provide support in negotiating contract terms with external parties, under the guidance of our legal counsel
• Coordinate the execution, and retention of contracts, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation
• Maintain a centralized contract management system, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping of all contracts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, both internally and externally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth contract execution and management
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes and best practices
