Summary

Sei Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage, draft, and negotiate various contracts, maintain a centralized repository for all contracts, track contract lifecycle, identify potential risks in contract terms, collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and have strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the technology or financial services sector
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts
• Maintain a centralized repository for all contracts and agreements
• Track contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Implement and manage contract management systems to streamline processes
• Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions
• Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure favorable terms for Sei Labs
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any contractual disputes or issues
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and business development teams
• Facilitate clear communication between all parties involved in the contract negotiation process
