Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing and copywriting in a B2B or B2C performance marketing organization or agency setting
  • Proven track record of creating compelling content and copy that drives engagement and conversion
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker with the ability to storytelling and generate innovative ideas
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to execute multiple projects at once
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline content creation and optimization processes
  • General knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to Copywriter for performance marketing channels including paid and organic social media, short and long-form video scripts, landing pages, email, direct mail, gated content, and SEO articles
  • Support the marketing team as the lead copywriter, providing brand voice strategy and guidance
  • Work cross-functionally with Growth, Product and Customer marketing to develop and execute content marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and expansion efforts
  • Analyze content performance and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Brief, manage and edit freelance copywriter deliverables
  • Drive Dandy’s organic social media strategy and create and post content
  • Write press releases and partner with external publications as needed to drive awareness and champion the Dandy brand

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a B2B or B2C high-growth start-up environment
  • Experience working within video production
  • Understanding of PR principles and best practices
