Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in public relations, event management, or related fields, preferably within the tech industry
- Proven track record of securing media coverage and managing high-impact PR campaigns
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience in drafting press materials and editorial content
- Experience in organizing and executing successful virtual and in-person events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness and credibility within the healthcare tech industry
- Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership articles in partnership with the Director of Primary Care Advancement and Content Manager
- Act as main point of contact for Public Relations agency and Events Contractor
- Coordinate interviews, media placements, and press opportunities for company executives
- Plan, organize, and execute select virtual and in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches
- Manage events, partnerships, sponsorships, and attendee engagement strategies
- Support and contribute to the company social media calendar, content plans, content generation and posting to drive engagement and to amplify Elationβs news in market
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR and event efforts with broader marketing goals
- Monitor media coverage and analyze PR performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Track event performance β evaluate progress, identify gaps and uncover new event opportunities both nationally and regionally
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR strategies
