Summary

Join Twilio as a Co-Sell Partner Program Manager and lead the scaling of our partner program for Systems Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Resell, and Technology partners. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in program management with a partner/channel focus, or related roles
  • Proven track record of managing co-sell, lead passing, and/or resell programs

Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee co-sell programs to maximize shared revenue opportunities with ISV partners, ensuring programs are both scalable and flexible to meet diverse customer needs across verticals and regions
  • Track, analyze, and optimize co-sell performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and partner teams to enable the salesforce on co-sell initiatives, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for success
  • Develop a structured, transparent lead passing framework that ensures seamless communication and collaboration between partners and internal sales teams
  • Establish KPIs to track the performance and ROI of co-sell efforts. Analyze program results and make data-driven recommendations to improve and scale future initiatives
  • Ensure partners are equipped with resources and tools to effectively participate in the program
  • Lead the setup, integration, and ongoing management of Crossbeam to enable efficient data sharing and partner collaboration
  • Educate partners and internal stakeholders on Crossbeam best practices and usage
  • Regularly assess the platformโ€™s performance and implement enhancements as needed
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner-related initiatives across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement materials to support partner success
  • Foster strong relationships with partners to understand their needs and align on joint business goals
  • Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure the success of partner programs
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to share program outcomes with stakeholders
  • Leverage insights to continuously refine and improve partner programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus
  • Experience supporting or scaling resell program frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage and scale programs for global partner ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Impartner, SFDC & Crossbeam
