Remote Country Manager

Join our team of proud #DaCoders as a Sales Representative to represent our company, maximize sales performance, generate leads, and build relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge
• Research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet their demands
• Generate leads and grow existing relationships
• Maintain an accurate and detailed client book
• Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
• Manage contract negotiations
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Based in North America (preferably in Houston, Austin, Miami)
• Bachelor’s degree
• +3 years as a sales representative in IT Industry (Software, Nearshore, startups)
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills; in order to establish, develop and grow new business relationships over the phone with influential contacts within Key Accounts
• Experience working with CRM platforms (ex: PipeDrive)
• Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing deals
• Experience in positioning technology and selling it to new customers, as well as new market segments
• Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
• Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
• Experience in sales techniques
• Experience in the IT Industry
