Join Creditstar Group, a rapidly growing international consumer finance company, as a Country Business Development Manager for Germany to hunt for new partnerships, onboard new partners, promote the brand, grow existing partnerships, and develop a growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Be the brand ambassador for Monefit in Germany
• Hunt for new partnerships throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Onboard new partners, including contract negotiations
• Promote the brand in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Attend conferences and shows to promote Monefit
• Grow existing partnerships, through account management
• Managing existing relationships, monitoring performance, and producing data for the partners
• Attending regular partner meetings
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare commercial contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
