Summary

The job is for a CRM Associate role in ShopBack's Malaysian team supporting the Australian operations. The role involves executing and optimizing CRM strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing key performance metrics, and improving processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant experience
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM strategy and execution
• Experience with CRM platforms (ie Braze, Hubspot, Oracle Responsys, or relevant platforms)
• Power user of Google Suite (ie Docs, Slides, Sheets) or equivalent (Excel/Powerpoint/Doc)

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM marketing calendar execution - working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure frequency & targeting is both optimised and within guidance
• Manage the execution of day-to-day CRM strategies and activities through channels including email, app push notifications and in app pop up
• Continuously monitor and analyse key performance metrics to optimise targeting, messaging, and creative
