Remote CRM Manager

Join us at Carry1st, Africa's leading publisher of mobile games and digital content, as a CRM Manager. You will lead in shaping and executing the CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and loyalty while driving growth and retention across key markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of CRM management experience, ideally within a B2C or e-commerce environment
• A deep understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (MoEngage, Clevertap, or Braze preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to CRM campaign performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Marketing teams

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to engage, retain, and re-engage customers throughout key milestones in their lifecycle
• Design and execute email, in-app, and push notification campaigns, including copywriting, creative development, and design considerations for both C2C and B2C initiatives
• Implement A/B testing and optimise Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) campaigns by varying content, frequency, and audience targeting
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to deliver personalised and seamless customer experiences
• Analyse CRM performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions, while managing the operations of CRM tools (e.g., Clevertap, MoEngage, Braze) to ensure data integrity and effective communication flows
