CRM Manager

Summary

The job is for a CRM Manager at Midas, a fast-growing Turkish stock trading platform. The role includes designing and implementing CRM systems, optimizing channel performance, defining strategies for engaging and retaining customers, conducting A/B tests, and developing campaign communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, or relevant analytical fields
• Solid experience in designing and implementing CRM system
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using SQL and Python

Responsibilities

• Building CRM systems to target user segmentations derived from Midas Database while understanding product and data needs
• Creating relevant tracking mechanisms and optimizing channel performance, streamlining daily processes and developing competences within the team
• Defining CRM strategies to address new opportunities cross-channel for engaging and retaining customers throughout their lifecycle
• Conducting A/B tests to identify the best practices
• Developing and optimizing campaign communication aligned with the relevant teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau or Looker or any data visualization tools is a plus
• Ability to create communication templates or static pages using HTML, CSS & JavaScriptstatic
