Summary

Join ShopBack, a leading shopping rewards platform in Asia-Pacific, as a CRM Campaign Manager for the Australia and New Zealand markets. You will oversee the CRM calendar, design and execute campaigns across multiple channels, and analyze campaign performance. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM operations, including campaign planning, audience segmentation & analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar CRM platform
  • Strong analytical mindset with an ability to measure success through data-driven decisions
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, and ability to turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Knowledge of email design / app push notification best practices
  • A fast learner who is proactive, with excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams & markets

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the CRM calendar for the Australia and New Zealand markets, tailoring strategies to each market’s growth stage and key performance metrics
  • Design, schedule, and oversee the execution of all CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, in-app, and push notifications)
  • Work with the campaigns team to ensure all campaign copy, visuals and content are fully optimised, on brand and deployed correctly
  • Support campaigns & BAU campaigns where required
  • Manage day-to-day segmentation of our CRM channels
  • Work with the regional CRM team on developing detailed segmentation strategies to customer communications and optimise CRM inventory
  • Monitor, analyse and report weekly campaign performance - share insights with the team and recommend optimisations to achieve target metrics
  • Work with the regional CRM team on developing A/B test plans to maximise returns and improve campaign/channel effectiveness
  • Work closely with the regional CRM team and Marketing Manager ANZ to align CRM efforts with larger business goals
  • Collaborate with regional CRM and data teams to ensure data tracking is accurate and user events are used effectively
  • Understand core capabilities & new product release of key CRM tool (Braze)
  • Proactively provide regular insights to key stakeholders on opportunities for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • End-to-end understanding of programmatic campaigns (e.g. data integration, dashboard building, targeting logic, campaign creation) is a plus
  • Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, is a plus
