Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales support or operations role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with a strong preference for HubSpot experience

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute leads within our CRM system
  • Oversee unassigned mortgage applications and ensure timely allocation
  • Optimize online review platforms and maintain accurate profiles for our sales team
  • Administer appointment booking software and ensure seamless scheduling
  • Supervise outbound communication tools and manage call distributions
  • Coordinate our omnichannel communication systems to ensure cohesive client interactions
  • Manage caller ID branding to maintain professional representation
  • Collaborate with third-party lead vendors to ensure quality and compliance
  • Configure contact views in our CRM to enhance sales team efficiency
  • Generate and present weekly reports on lead conversion metrics
