Summary

Join Keeper Security as a Channel Operations Specialist and contribute to the success of our global channel sales teams. This fully remote position (with hybrid options in the Chicago area) offers the chance to work with a fast-growing cybersecurity company. You will support partner onboarding, training, and pre-sales efforts, creating marketing materials, managing events, and ensuring compliance. The role requires strong communication, technical, and project management skills, along with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred). Requirements

  • 2+ years of channel sales support or relevant experience
  • Basic project management skills
  • Content creation and training skills
  • Strong Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Good technical capabilities, sales skills, and a strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Create partner-oriented sales and marketing collateral to facilitate channel sales
  • Manage the calendar of partner-focused events, campaigns, and special promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements
  • Identify, plan, and uncover opportunities to train sales and engineering representatives within our partner organisations
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates on activities and issues in Salesforce
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline channel operations tools and workflows
  • Triage requests from internal and external partners and route them to appropriate resources
  • Align closely with Channel Sales Teams, Marketing, Product Management and Legal to our strategic initiatives
  • Manage Partner Portal access, content and training
  • Participate as part of the Channels team to achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Travel to customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent and/or operate a car on behalf of the company

Preferred Qualifications

Strong computer skills, Google Suite heavily preferred
