Summary

The Dynamics CRM Project Manager is responsible for managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects from initiation to completion. They manage various project aspects including scope and change management, resource, time, and cost management, communication, risk and issue management, project tracking and control, and facilitate timely communication with clients and team members. The manager must handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, understand change management, manage project scope, budget, and resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and communicate project status to the team and clients. They need 4+ years of D365 for Customer Engagement implementation experience, 4+ years of managing small to large Dynamics CRM projects and development teams, previous experience in a Consultant or PM role for a D365CE implementation, experience with different SDLC project methodologies, and a strong understanding of business processes. Requirements

  • 4+ years of D365 for Customer Engagement implementation experience
  • 4+ years of managing small to large Dynamics CRM projects and development teams
  • Previous experience in a Consultant or PM role for a D365CE implementation
  • Experience with different SDLC project methodologies (such as agile and waterfall)
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project teams
  • Strong understanding of business processes/business process analysis
  • Working experience or knowledge of LCS and or VSTS

Responsibilities

  • Manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects from initiation to completion
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications
  • Manage and perform the following tasks throughout the project course: Scope and Change Management, Resource, Time, and Cost Management, Communication, Risk and Issue Management, Project Tracking and Control
  • Participate in discovery sessions to gather requirements from project stakeholders
  • Facilitate timely communication with clients and project team
  • Work closely with clients and project team to understand business requirements
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, security guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, methodologies, and tools related to Dynamics CRM implementation and support
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Project Management best practices including the creation of reusable assets, internal knowledge repositories, and team resources
