Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Monitor project status, perform regular check-ins with clients, and provide updates to ensure projects are on track and meet client expectations
  • Client Communication: Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to clients and internal teams to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Support the sales team in generating leads, prospecting, and conducting client follow-ups to identify new business opportunities
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, new business opportunities, and understand the competitive landscape
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Sales Events and Activities: Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and other tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
