Summary
Join SmartBug Media, a leading digital agency, and become a HubSpot CRM Specialist. You will help clients implement and optimize HubSpot, generating growth and improving inbound performance. Responsibilities include managing projects, offering integrated sales and marketing solutions, and providing training. You will work on multiple accounts simultaneously, analyzing data and designing schemas to optimize workflows. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of web marketing experience, and relevant certifications. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, or any other relevant field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in web marketing and web strategy
- Inbound and Google Analytics certification
- Skills in data mapping, systems integration and database schema design
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) HubSpot = a great asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Advanced level of English, written/oral*
Responsibilities
- Helping customers successfully implement HubSpot within their organization
- Help customers optimize the use of HubSpot to generate growth and better inbound performance
- Implement a plan to achieve an organization's business objectives
- Offer integrated sales and marketing solutions involving websites, social networks, content, lead generation, marketing automation and CRM. All based on the HubSpot ecosystem
- Help customers start their HubSpot journey by providing a high quality onboarding process
- Manage a client project from start to finish including the budget
- Help companies accelerate growth with full flywheel tools configuration
- Participate in training customers on the use of HubSpot
- Create various HubSpot assets based on a brief
- Manage customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Be able to help customers develop their personas and buyer's journey
- Work on several accounts simultaneously
- Analyze and design data schemas to optimize workflows and integrations within HubSpot
- Perform data mapping operations to ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other systems or platforms
- Understand and define requirements for external system integrations with HubSpot, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure data consistency and quality
- Create and maintain database object schemas to optimize processes and analyses within HubSpot
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B (an asset)
- Curiosity: Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development
- Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs and propose improvements
- Collaborative autonomy: Ability to take initiatives while working closely with the team
- Precision: Accuracy and meticulousness in code development, testing, and documentation
- Attention to detail: Special attention to the aesthetic and functional aspects of developed applications
