Join Massive Rocket, a rapidly growing Braze & Snowflake agency, as a CRM Strategist. You will support the Principal CRM Strategist in developing and implementing CRM strategies for clients, focusing on data-driven ROI and KPI achievement. Responsibilities include crafting strategic plans, translating complex frameworks into actionable plans, and contributing to client pitches. You will work closely with the Principal CRM Strategist and other teams to ensure client success and retention. Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of CRM experience, with 2 years in a CRM Strategy position in an agency, consultancy or a client-side
- Strong skills in working with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot
- Experience presenting complex strategies, translating goals and insights into value propositions and connecting your strategy to achievable and coherent activation plans
- Experience using data to evaluate effectiveness of customer communications and in using these results to plan future campaigns, regarding audience, next best actions, content and timing frequencies
- In-depth knowledge of CRM and technologies, with expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot..etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to drive results, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- English at C1 level

Responsibilities
- Deliver and orchestrate CRM strategy for clients with a focus on how to leverage data to measure and generate ROI, and deliver against their KPIs
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills and craft compelling, strategic and visually appealing decks for clients using data and insight
- Understand clients' strategic goals and deliver communication plans across complex or major projects, ensuring they are optimised against business KPIs, with a focus on leveraging data and technology to deliver more effective customer journeys
- Use large datasets and a variety of analytical techniques to tell compelling stories with the data in an easy-to-understand manner
- Proactively identify additional work streams to extend the retention of our clients. This may include upsell and cross-sell opportunities within Massive Rocket. Work with the Program Manager to flesh out requirements and included initiatives into the roadmap
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within potential and existing client organisations
- Conduct client audits to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and explore opportunities for expansion
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to anticipate potential threats to client retention and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks
- Organize and facilitate client events, workshops, and training sessions to foster stronger relationships and enhance client satisfaction
- You will contribute towards the crafting of pitch presentations. Your ability to translate client needs into compelling narratives will be crucial in persuading potential clients of the value of our CRM solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective
- Collaborate with the sales and data teams to create successful pitches
- Showcase success stories and case studies to demonstrate the impact of our CRM strategies
- Provide technical expertise and clear explanations during pitch presentations
- Participate in follow-up activities to address client questions and secure deals
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential clients
- Gather and relay feedback from pitch meetings to improve our offerings and approach
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in providing CRM consulting or advisory services to clients is a plus
