Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of CRM experience, with 2 years in a CRM Strategy position in an agency, consultancy or a client-side
  • Strong skills in working with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot
  • Experience presenting complex strategies, translating goals and insights into value propositions and connecting your strategy to achievable and coherent activation plans
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and technologies, with expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot..etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive results, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and orchestrate CRM strategy for clients with a focus on how to leverage data to measure and generate ROI, and deliver against their KPIs
  • Craft compelling, strategic, and visually appealing decks for clients using data and insight
  • Understand clients' strategic goals and deliver communication plans across complex or major projects, ensuring they are optimised against business KPIs
  • Use large datasets and a variety of analytical techniques to tell compelling stories with the data in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Proactively identify additional work streams to extend the retention of our clients
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within potential and existing client organisations
  • Conduct client audits to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and explore opportunities for expansion
  • Collaborate with the sales and data teams to create successful pitches
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM
