Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on funnel development, CRO, and ABM
- English B2+
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), CDPs (e.g., Segment), and familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance
- Experience with cross-channel analytics and performance tracking
- Proficiency in AI tools for marketing optimization and automation
- Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
- Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping (CJM) methodologies
- Ability to strategically plan and creatively execute marketing initiatives
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and a team player with strong collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, create, launch, and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation and brand awareness
- Optimize conversion rates across various touchpoints to improve marketing efficiency
- Enhance customer journey mapping (CJM) at the initial stages to refine audience engagement
- Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to target high-value clients
- Work closely with the Marketing Strategist, SEO Manager, Performance Manager, Brand Manager, Content, and Design teams to align marketing efforts
- Utilize cross-channel analytics to track and improve marketing performance
- Generate detailed reports on funnel performance, optimization insights, and campaign outcomes
- Drive performance through established KPIs with quarterly goal-setting and regular progress reviews to ensure continuous improvement and accountability
