Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2C marketing with a focus on lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
- Proven track record of owning multi-product marketing strategies, including cross-sell and upsell
- Experience mentoring or managing marketers, and guiding strategy across cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and experimentation frameworks
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment

Responsibilities
- Own the cross-product lifecycle and cross-sell strategy to deepen customer engagement across key journeys
- Partner with product-specific marketers to align messaging, timing, and campaign priorities across verticals
- Build and continuously optimize lifecycle journeys that increase discovery and adoption of adjacent OnePay products
- Leverage audience segmentation, rigorous testing, and performance data to scale high-performing cross-sell touchpoints
- Serve as a center of excellence for lifecycle and CRM best practices, supporting and upskilling adjacent teams
