Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing or equivalent experience in B2B SaaS . combined with experience in audit/accounting experience
  • Proven experience delivering GTM campaigns and customer-facing assets
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Familiarity with marketing and enablement platforms
  • Ability to work across global time zones and functions
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign and enablement KPIs
  • Complete onboarding across Product, Marketing, and Enablement functions
  • Be prepared to deliver a demo for one product line
  • Conduct competitive and persona research for assigned product lines
  • Deliver positioning brief and first GTM asset bundle
  • Audit and contribute to MindTickle sales content
  • Participate in sales calls, customer interviews and regional campaign planning
  • Implement weekly status reporting to track launches, asset creation and team priorities
  • On-time GTM asset delivery and campaign performance
  • Engagement with enablement tools and sales team adoption
  • Growth in awareness and retention/migration metrics
  • Contribution to win/loss insights and competitive intel

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Commercial and Regional Marketing to localize GTM strategies
  • Define and evolve product messaging, buyer personas and value propositions
  • Create campaign collateral: one-pagers, pitch decks, web copy, launch CTAs
  • Support critical global product or feature launches annually
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting to build Mindtickle-based assets
  • Contribute to customer storytelling efforts: case studies, testimonials, PR opportunities
  • Build awareness by partnering with Content and Creative on whitepapers, blog and social topics
  • Gather feedback from sales, customers and the market to inform messaging and roadmap
  • Help evolve and maintain buyer journey documentation and regional segmentation inputs
  • Measure campaign impact and influence pipeline with data-driven insights
