Requirements
- EU holder
- Native or near to native Dutch language (C1- C2)
- Very good command of English language (B2)
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charact
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Identify and access customersβ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
