Requirements

  • Proficiency in German (written and spoken), C1 minimum
  • Good level of English
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in German via email and chat
  • Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer queries
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • Work on-site in Malta for two days per week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining three days

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
