Summary
Join our team in Malta as a hybrid Customer Advisor! We are looking for German-speaking professionals with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. This role offers a blend of on-site and remote work, providing email and chat support to customers. You will be responsible for promptly resolving customer inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Relocation support, including flight reimbursement and housing assistance, is provided. Requirements
- Proficiency in German (written and spoken), C1 minimum
- Good level of English
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in German via email and chat
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer queries
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Work on-site in Malta for two days per week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining three days
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
