Requirements

  • Excellent command of the German language (B2-C1)
  • Good level of English (B2)
  • Organizational and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries about our clientโ€™s key products โ€“ audio books, music and all different kinds of genres
  • Sharing thoughts and help items with passionate book lovers
  • Focus on representing the company in the best way possible and solving customersโ€™ queries
  • Providing efficient, complete, and friendly answers

Preferred Qualifications

Passion and knowledge of books, authors and podcasts is an advantage
