Summary

Verra Mobility Commercial Services is hiring a customer support representative to provide information and services to rental car customers regarding tolls and violations. The successful candidate will need strong communication skills, proficiency with Windows-based applications, and at least 2 years of customer service experience, including 1 year in an inbound call center. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience with a minimum of 1 year of inbound call center experience in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provides customers with a one-stop resolution and education on products and services: Providing account information and/or status, Solving product or service-related problems, Processing payments
  • Displays positive, professional and empathetic customer-focused approach, Utilizes tools and online resource materials to be confident and competent in the delivery of accurate information while navigating through multiple computer applications proficiently
