Customer Communications Expert

Summary

Join Marley Spoon's growing Customer Communications Team in Lisbon as an English-speaking Customer Communications Expert! You will be the primary contact for English-speaking customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media). This role involves answering customer requests, initiating outbound calls, contributing to a proactive customer care environment, and managing independent projects. The position requires full shift flexibility to cover US and AU markets, including weekend work on a rotational basis. Requirements

• Speak English at a native or fluent level
• Have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy
• Have good writing skills
• Be hands-on, and have attention to detail
• Have a strong desire to learn and be not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge
• Have a valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship, Portuguese NIF and NISS and be currently residing in Portugal
• Have full flexibility with shift times

Responsibilities

• Be the main person of contact for our English-speaking customers
• Be part of a global customer communication team
• Answer requests via phone, email, chat, and social media and initiate outbound calls to engage our loyal customers
• Help to build up our proactive customer care environment in Lisbon
• Take over your own projects and be responsible for planning, execution, and reporting
• Be passionate about food
• Be a strong communicator
