Summary
Join Narvar as a Senior Customer Engineer and play a major role in our customers' success. You will be responsible for scoping requirements, integrating APIs, and deploying solutions for our largest enterprise customers. This role requires strong technical aptitude, extensive customer-facing experience, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with a team passionate about customer success. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding enterprise retailers, providing consultative advice, building technical specifications, and validating solutions using various technologies. You will also partner with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to building a best-in-class professional services team.
Requirements
- You have 5-10 years of experience working on enterprise-level software projects as a technical lead
- Experience working with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, and Javascript including fundamental coding skills preferably in Javascript or related languages
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong time management and prioritization skills
Responsibilities
- Complete technical onboarding for well-established enterprise retailers and the hottest direct-to-consumer brands
- Provide consultative advice to our customers to ensure successful integration with Narvarโs solutions while maximizing product value
- Leverage customersโ business requirements and product expertise to build technical specifications
- Build and validate solutions via tooling and frontend technologies such as APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and Javascript
- Partner cross-functionally with both internal and external technical and business stakeholders
- Help build a best-in-class international professionals services team via documentation, process improvements by building internal tools, and trainings
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with iPaas, retail, e-commerce platforms, order management systems, inventory management, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics
