Customer Engineer

Summary

Join Narvar as a Customer Engineer and play a major role in our customers' success. You will be responsible for scoping requirements, integrating APIs, and deploying solutions for enterprise customers. This role involves onboarding retailers and direct-to-consumer brands, providing consultative advice, building technical specifications, and validating solutions using APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and Javascript. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to building a best-in-class professional services team. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in enterprise-level software projects as a technical lead and experience with web technologies. A fast-paced environment and strong time management skills are essential.

Requirements

• You have 5-10 years of experience working on enterprise-level software projects as a technical lead
• Experience working with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, and Javascript including fundamental coding skills preferably in Javascript or related languages
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong time management and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Complete technical onboarding for well-established enterprise retailers and the hottest direct-to-consumer brands
• Provide consultative advice to our customers to ensure successful integration with Narvar’s solutions while maximizing product value
• Leverage customers’ business requirements and product expertise to build technical specifications
• Build and validate solutions via tooling and frontend technologies such as APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and Javascript
• Partner cross-functionally with both internal and external technical and business stakeholders
• Help build a best-in-class international professionals services team via documentation, process improvements by building internal tools, and trainings

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with iPaas, retail, e-commerce platforms, order management systems, inventory management, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics
