Customer Experience Associate

Summary

Huckberry is seeking a Customer Experience Associate who can provide support through various communication channels, thrive on helping customers, and have a love for their products. This hybrid role involves answering customer queries, owning the customer experience, proactively finding solutions, and communicating with brand partners. The role requires being located in Texas (Austin area preferred), having empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain complex issues simply. Bonus points are given for ZenDesk and Slack experience. Requirements

• Located and authorized to work in the state of Texas (Austin area preferred)
• You enjoy talking with people and building relationships
• You're able to empathize with customers in a genuine way that lets them know you care about their issues
• You’re able to make decisions and solve problems even when there may not be explicit guidelines on how to do so
• You have an ability to understand complex issues and explain them to others in beautifully simple terms
• You’re able to plan, organize, and prioritize work - this role wears many hats!
• You’re curious and love diving deep into new products, brands, and systems to learn them inside and out
• A reliable home internet connection of at least 100mbps

Responsibilities

• Answering any and all questions related to Huckberry’s products, marketing, and editorial content via email, web chat, phone, or social media
• Owning the customer experience and working to exceed customer expectations
• Proactively looking for solutions to problems and proposing improvements
• Communicating with brand partners on behalf of Huckberry customers to facilitate resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability as needed
• Bonus points if you have experience working in ZenDesk and Slack
