Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a remote environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for working with data and numbers
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships
• Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries about invoices, thoroughly investigating each situation to find a solution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
• Identify and report invoice errors, proactively addressing root causes to prevent future issues
• Offer expert support to talents (our clients' employees) on payroll questions
• Create and maintain thorough knowledge documentation for your assigned payroll regions
• Take ownership of customer requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and strong relationships with clients and talents
• Advocate for customer needs internally, driving continuous improvements in processes
