Responsibilities

  • Identify needs and assist players in a timely manner through email, store reviews, and community channels (such as Facebook and Discord)
  • Turn negative experiences into positive ones through customer service
  • Understand game specifications of our games
  • Identify and report bugs and failures to the company
  • Assist the team in process improvements and best practices
  • Compile and share feedback, suggestions, and complaints from players with the entire team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have knowledge of English and/or another language (any level)
  • Have previous experience with public contact
  • Have prior contact with Customer Experience tools
  • Love word games and knowledge
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry
