Customer Experience Intern

Requirements

• Undergraduates/final year student in a degree in Finance/Investment/Mass Comm/Communication or any related field
• Strong command of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good command of written and oral Mandarin will be a plus
• Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter
• Value-adding team player and able to work as a team with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow-through abilities
• Highly creative with basic experience in planning and executing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Responsibilities

• Assist the team to handle omni-channel inbound inquiries from our investors
• Assist in handling day to day operational tasks related to investors and investments
• Have a hand in the team’s initiatives and campaigns related to Objectives Key Results (OKR)
