Responsibilities
- Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product notifications to drive core business outcomes (e.g., sales pipeline, product activation, revenue)
- Identify customer needs, ideate solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization
- Leverage marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML-based techniques to create personalized experiences at scale
- Analyze trends, develop actionable insights to optimize against targets, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience
- 3+ years of email marketing/CRM experience
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and/or Salesloft
- Experience collaborating with sales teams
