Customer Operations Associate in Lithuania

Summary

The Customer Operations Associate will act as the primary interface between Hokodo and its customers, providing support via email and chat, proactively solving customer problems, identifying process improvements, communicating with customers in a friendly manner, and conducting manual fraud reviews. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and French, have at least two to three years' experience in a customer-facing role, possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and have a desire to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to Hokodo’s customers via email and chat within agreed SLAs
• Proactively solving customers' problems by investigating issues collaboratively with other teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and providing input to the Product/Tech roadmap
• Communicating in a friendly, positive, and professional manner with customers
• Conducting manual fraud reviews by reviewing orders flagged by the system and identifying emerging fraud trends
