Requirements

  • You take pride in creating exceptional customer experiences and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proactive in identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and eager to implement new solutions
  • Have a strong interest in technology and can efficiently navigate digital platforms in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Fluency in Dutch. and English., both verbal and written for effective communication with our diverse customer base and team members
  • An interest in the topics of health and wellbeing is highly valued
  • Available for at least 32 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users (employees and employers), providing support via in-app chat and email, and resolving both simple issues and technical queries
  • Work closely with the tech team to identify and implement workflow improvements that enhance the overall customer experience on our platform
  • Assist employers in the integration of their HR/Payroll systems with the platform and troubleshoot integration-related issues as they arise
  • Conduct reconciliation of reports received from our partners to ensure accuracy and consistency in data
  • Optimize partner and support processes to operate efficiently at scale, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for both employers and employees
  • Develop and refine internal documentation for our knowledge base, ensuring that processes are well-documented and easily accessible to all team members to maintain operational efficiency
  • Keep external user knowledge base up to date
