Customer Service Agent

Summary

Join Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, as a remote Customer Service representative! This afternoon shift position (4 PM to 12 AM, 5 days/week) offers 100% home-based work. You will handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves parallel work for the Operations Department. Requirements

• Have previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions
• Have a high French level (oral & written) and be fluent in Spanish or English
• Be skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a solution-oriented and reliable professional
• Be incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills
• Be flexible
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Reside in Spain

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Service by e-mail, phone or social media for solving any incidents generated
• Manage incoming calls and chats and customer service inquiries
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations
