Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and Google Suite (GSuite)
  • Experience with Constant Contact is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with sports team operations and terminology is highly valued
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules common in the sports environment
  • Attention to detail, especially in managing uniform orders and team store operations
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and last-minute adjustments

Responsibilities

  • Use League Apps to efficiently schedule practices and games
  • Manage email inquiries and provide excellent customer support, handling questions from players, coaches, and parents professionally
  • Assist with uniform orders and manage the team store, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to sports team management, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Facilitate effective communication between players, coaches, and parents to ensure everyone is informed and up-to-date
  • Provide support for other administrative needs as they arise within the sports organization
