Summary

Join CPM International as a Customer Support Agent handling customer queries for a well-known hygiene, health, and nutrition brand. Requirements include fluency in Russian/Ukrainian and English, strong administrative skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

  • A fluent level of Russian/Ukrainian. with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
  • High level of English. (Both written and spoken)
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way
  • Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media

Benefits

  • Start date: 18th of October
  • Contract: Temporary for Maternity Leave (1-month probation period)
  • Full time: (39 hours/week)
  • Working days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, intensive shift from (8:00am to 4:00pm). Wednesday intensive shift from 1:00pm to 8:00pm
  • Salary: €17,537.76 gross per year
  • Incentives
  • Holidays: 2 days accrued per month / 24 calendar holidays per year
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
  • Working from home: For candidates outside of Catalunya
  • Training: 2 weeks of training from Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm
