Summary

Join Zelh as a Customer Service Representative for our third-party logistics company! You will be responsible for daily communication with drivers and customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about shipping and logistics services, assisting with order placement, modifications, and cancellations, resolving issues or complaints related to shipping and logistics, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following up with customers for feedback, and staying updated on industry trends and company policies.

Requirements

  • English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) is A MUST
  • Experience in the logistics domain
  • Ability to work in a high-stress/paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Import/export experience will be a plus
  • Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated
