Binance is hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to expand its customer support operations team. The role requires handling inbound calls, live chat, and other service methods, providing accurate information, following communication procedures, and managing complaints. The ideal candidate should have a college degree or above, fluent Romanian and advanced English skills, at least 1 year of customer service experience preferably in finance or e-commerce industry, and be passionate about the crypto industry.

Requirements

• College degree or above
• Fluent Romanian, and an advanced English speaker
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or e-commerce industry
• High level of honesty and integrity
• Proactive and meticulous
• A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
• Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation
• Passionate for customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts
• Positive about the crypto industry
• Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chat and other service methods
• Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately documenting customer requests
• Manage complaints by providing solutions and options within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
