Horace Mann is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Addison, Tx. The position involves handling customer calls and delivering distinctive customer service from Monday - Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm central time. After 4-6 months, the position will become hybrid with at least 3 days at home and 2 days in the office.

Requirements

• Must have H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent, required
• 6-12 months of customer service experience, required
• Be flexible to work between the hours of 8 am - 6 pm central
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in the Customer Service queue
• Resolve customer service issues on an as needed basis
• Record each contact into Genesys for tracking purposes and monitor resolution
• Collaborate with other departments to assist customers and resolve issues
• Maintain 90% quality and schedule adherence
• Once proficiency in Customer Service is demonstrated, may begin training on Agent Support
