Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent active listening abilities, and be patient and empathetic. Previous sales or customer service experience and call center experience are preferred. The position offers a hourly wage of $14 plus bonus, full-time hours, and various benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and growth opportunities.
