Summary

Join Floral Image North America as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative! This remote position requires you to travel within the Denver region, serving our accounts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting market research.

Requirements

• Minimum High School/GED Degree
• Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, orders, and support
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques to acquire new customers
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our lifelike flower arrangements
• Work with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
