Summary

Join Jacuzzi Group as a remote Customer Service Representative for our Luxury Bath team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and issues related to general inquiries, parts/products, and warranty. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in using customer service software (Salesforce preferred), and 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing, warranty or claims environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing, warranty or claims environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service
• Assess customer inquiries and issues related to general inquiries, parts/product and warranty
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure that customer issues are addressed promptly and resolved effectively
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding warranty eligibility, coverage, and claim status
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of calls
• Collaborate with the technical support team to gather necessary information for complex claims
• Assist customers with follow-up inquiries and ensure that all concerns are fully addressed
